TERMS OF SERVICE
Warranty and Service
ALL MODELS ARE COVERED WITH A 12 MONTHS PARTS AND LABOUR WARRANTY.
---------------------------------------------------
In all cases -
As a customer of GPX Moto UK you are responsible to service your own vehicle. Typically engine mechanics or people who have experience working on combustion engine style machines can service our products. Again, to better serve you and help you find a small engine mechanic visit your local motorcycle shop or ask family and friends and visit a race meeting in your area.
NO ITEMS WILL BE SENT AS WARRANTY UNLESS GPX Moto UK are provided with proof of purchase along with the defective part in our hands , OR AT THE VERY LEAST and with our agreement DETAILED PHOTOS OF THE PART.
If you want , you can diagnose the problem on your own independently from home , or with a mechanic at your own cost . You can then let us know what parts are needed, by sending us good descriptive photos of any damaged parts.
Damages that may occur due to customer misuse or improper care and maintenance (including but not limited to exceeding the weight limit, negligence by the user, or blatant misuse of normal intended operations) are not covered under the warranty. Its excepted by the motorcycle World that especially on new bikes that spokes and bolts come loose. Its your responsibility to check these . If you suspect a problem , stop and sort it. Any mechanical ineptitude is obviously not an excuse for you to break the bike and expecting us to fix it. We dont cover you for you seeing parts coming loose or gagging and doing nothing about it. Continuing when you see a problem is misuse. Not checking bolts or spokes is your error. We cant do it as you have the bike. If we had it , we would do it.You should shake down your bike for at least 500 miles of off road before you go on an expedition. Road work does not count as it doesnt run in the suspension ,spokes and the chassis. Your bolts will come loose. Your spokes will come loose. They do on all new bikes. Check them repeatedly . They will settle down as you bike runs in. The chassis needs as much time as use to run in as the engine. Its your responsibility to do it.
It is the owners responsibility to bring and collect the motorcycle from GPX HQ or a dealer at their own costs.
To better help our customers locate issues on their units we ask that the warranty part be sent to our parts department for inspection and testing for defects. No warranty parts will be sent out until GPX have seen descriptive photos that display the fault clearly. This ensures we send you the right part the first time . Not only does this guarantee that we’re sending you the right part, which saves our customers an enormous amount of time it helps us match the parts so we don’t make mistakes by sending you either an older part or newer part that will not match your unit. This is only to help our customers out.
This warranty is provided to the original customer and is non transferable. There is no agreement or warranty, expressed or implied other than those stated in this agreement. Customers can collect warranty parts from us or we can post to them at their cost.
Our warranty is for non racing , non competitive use. Who would warranty a race bike ?. Noone !. Our warranty is for normal customer use not professional use , such as riding schools where they are subject to massively high use by non owning customers who naturally dont have the same care or observations about the bike in question.
GPX Moto UK does not provide or pay for damages for incidental or consequential loss arising from injury. Ride at your own risk. All sales are final. Returns or Exchanges are not offered under any circumstance. We do sell awesome products but you must be careful by tightening bolts / etc , checking for leaks, making sure all wires and hoses are connected properly and just being safe out in the open.
