Staggered woodruff keys are a tried and tested and long established method of increasing the performance of almost any motorcycle. They have been around for over 50 years. So what is listed here is not some gimmick. They really work.
These keys have been specially made by in the USA by tuning guru Joe Henner of GPX USA.
The benefits are that they provide More Performance , Faster throttle response ,Faster revving. No ifs , no buts. Thats that they do. Customers who have tried them report this exactly. They really wake the engine up by advancing the ignition.
They can be installed in less that an hour by a competent mech.nic
Joe Henner Motorsports TSE 250 Flywheel advance key
Flywheel puller required is yamaha part no 90890-01080 . GPX do not sell them but they are widely available. Search facebook GPX pages for fitting instructions. If you are insure , do not attempt and obtain the services of a professional . We have sought advice and it is possible that the cover gasket may rip , so be prepared with a new one or some sealant
This new exhaust is easier top blow out with heat and a pressure kit in the event of it being dented. It also offers a moderate power increase. They look good and have cleaner more traditional lines.
Each exhaust is supplied with a jetting kit and also a tech sheet with some power valve suggestions and advice that we have learnt that will dramatically change the power delivery on your TSE250 or TSE 300. They suggestions really do make a huge difference .

Gear lever - Better TSE 250 Silver alloy lever
Gear lever - stock item TSE . It's actually really difficult to find a gear lever that fits and works perfectly over here in the UK. We've bought 15 or so trying to find the right ones but they weren't right. All of the levers people say fit , stick out too far ,or rub the casing or are too short , so you cant get your boot under it easily. Tusk is not available on the UK. CRF levers don't fit right.
